Localized flooding and lightning risk have been reported near the office. Please read and follow the instructions below immediately.

For your safety, remain inside the building and avoid unnecessary movement near exterior doors, windows, outdoor walkways, parking areas, garages, or any low-lying areas where water may collect.

Avoid outdoor walkways, exposed entrances, parking lots, parking garages, loading areas, landscaped areas, and any flooded or pooling water. Do not attempt to walk or drive through standing water.

During lightning, stay away from windows and exterior doors. Follow instructions from Facilities, Security, or onsite safety personnel.

If you are approaching the office, use caution. If it is safe, proceed to the nearest safe indoor shelter. If remaining in your vehicle is the safer option, stay put and wait for instructions from Security or emergency responders.

Please delay departure until conditions improve and an all-clear is issued. Do not move vehicles or walk to parking areas while flooding or lightning risk remains active.

If you see flooding, blocked exits, water intrusion, fallen branches, damaged equipment, or another immediate hazard, contact Security or Facilities right away.
