Introducing Casual Friday

A little more relaxed, still workplace-ready.

Bright modern office scene wit...

Fridays are getting a little more relaxed

Starting this week, Fridays will be Casual Friday dress-down days. The goal is simple: make the end of the week feel a bit more comfortable and fun while still keeping our workplace polished, respectful, and ready for business.

Below is a quick guide to what’s welcome and what should stay at home.

What’s welcome

Feel free to wear comfortable, neat, workplace-ready options such as:

✓ Jeans in good condition
✓ Casual tops, polos, and cardigans
✓ Company or team T-shirts
✓ Clean sneakers
✓ Casual dresses or skirts
✓ Chinos and neat layered outfits

Still off-limits

Please continue to avoid anything that isn’t suitable for a professional setting:

✕ Ripped or overly distressed clothing ✕ Flip-flops, beachwear, or pajamas
✕ Gym or workout clothes
✕ Overly revealing items
✕ Offensive slogans or images
✕ Anything unsafe or inappropriate

Meeting reminder

If you have a client, visitor, leadership, vendor, or external meeting scheduled on a Friday, please dress in a way that fits the meeting and represents the team well.

Simple rule of thumb

If you’d question whether it’s workplace-appropriate, choose something else. Casual Friday should feel comfortable, confident, and easy for everyone.

Enjoy Casual Friday

Thanks for helping us keep Fridays relaxed, comfortable, and professional. If you have questions about what’s appropriate, please reach out to HR or the People Team.
