We appreciate the comfortable, flexible workplace culture we have built together, including the option to dress casually when appropriate. As casual dress has become more common, this is a good time to clarify our shared expectations so everyone has the same understanding.

Our goal is not to limit personal style. It is simply to ensure that our workplace remains professional, respectful, inclusive, and suitable for colleagues, clients, visitors, and the different types of work taking place across our organization.

Casual dress is welcome, but clothing should still be neat, workplace-appropriate, and suitable for interacting with colleagues, clients, vendors, or visitors at any point during the day.

Choose clothing that is clean, neat, and appropriate for a professional workplace.
Be mindful of whether your outfit is suitable for meetings, shared workspaces, client interactions, or visitors who may be on site.
Avoid clothing that is overly revealing, includes offensive language or imagery, or could reasonably make others uncomfortable.
Sleepwear, beachwear, and items intended primarily for the gym or lounging are generally not appropriate for the workplace.
In areas with safety, hygiene, or operational requirements, please continue to follow any role-specific dress or protective equipment expectations.
