Your safety comes first. Please stay aware of local advisories, keep your phone nearby, and follow any instructions from your manager or site safety personnel.

Before conditions change, please take a few minutes to prepare: review your work area’s emergency procedures, keep your phone charged, know the nearest designated shelter area, and notify your manager if you have safety concerns or commuting limitations.

If conditions worsen during work hours
|

Follow these steps calmly and promptly:
|
|
|
• Stop non-essential outdoor activity and move indoors immediately.
• Follow instructions from managers, Facilities, Security, or site safety personnel.
• Move promptly to the designated safe area for your building, floor, or site.
• Avoid windows, glass walls, exterior doors, and large open areas.
• Do not leave the building unless instructed to do so by authorized personnel.
• Wait for an official all-clear before returning to work areas or resuming outdoor activity.

Use designated severe weather shelter areas, such as interior rooms, lower-level hallways, stairwells, or posted shelter locations away from windows.
