Thank you for your flexibility as we roll out the updated dress code policy. We’ve received a few common questions, so we wanted to share quick answers to help everyone feel clear and comfortable with the expectations.

Q: What counts as business casual?
|
|
|
A: Business casual includes neat, workplace-appropriate clothing such as collared shirts, blouses, sweaters, chinos, dress pants, skirts or dresses of appropriate length, and clean closed-toe or professional footwear.

A: Jeans may be acceptable on approved casual days, or when they are dark, clean, non-distressed, and appropriate for your role or work setting. If your team has specific requirements, please follow your manager’s guidance.

Q: What should I avoid wearing?
|
|
|
A: Please avoid clothing that is overly casual, revealing, distressed, offensive, or unsafe for the workplace. This includes gym wear, flip-flops, and items with inappropriate graphics, slogans, or language.

A: Yes. Exceptions may apply based on job duties, safety requirements, religious or cultural dress, medical needs, pregnancy-related accommodations, company events, or approved casual days.
