Mandatory Safety Attire Reminder

Required before entering warehouse or site work areas.

Safety notice: Proper attire and PPE are mandatory every shift, every time.

All warehouse and site-based employees are reminded that required safety attire is part of the workplace dress code and must be worn at all times in designated work areas.

This requirement is not optional. It is in place to reduce injury risk, improve visibility, and support a safe, compliant working environment for everyone on-site.

Required before entering work areas

✓ Closed-toe shoes or approved safety footwear

✓ High-visibility vest or apparel where required

✓ Hard hat, gloves, eye protection, hearing protection, or other PPE required for your role, task, or location

✓ Any additional safety gear listed on posted site signage or communicated by your supervisor

Consequences of non-compliance

Employees who arrive without the required safety attire or PPE may be denied entry to the work area and sent home to obtain proper attire.

Time away from the work area may be recorded as late or absent where applicable. Repeated violations may result in corrective action, up to and including further disciplinary steps in line with company policy.

Unsure what is required? Ask before you start.

If you are not sure which attire or PPE applies to your role, shift, task, or location, check with your supervisor or site manager before entering the work area.

Arrive prepared.

Wear the required safety attire every shift, every time.
