If your commute requires additional time, or if local conditions near your route are already becoming difficult, please leave earlier. Do not wait until the weather becomes unsafe.

Before leaving, please secure your workspace, take any equipment you need to work remotely if appropriate, and check in with your manager if you have urgent onsite responsibilities.
