As the weather warms up, we’re introducing relaxed summer dress code guidelines to help everyone stay comfortable while keeping our workplace professional, welcoming, and safe.

These guidelines are intended to offer a little more seasonal flexibility while making expectations clear for meetings, visitors, customer interactions, and shared workspaces.

|
What’s encouraged and allowed
|
|
|
Choose lighter, breathable fabrics that look neat and feel comfortable during warmer days.
|
|
|
Good options include short sleeves, summer dresses or skirts, neat casual tops, lightweight trousers.
|
|
|
Plan for the office climate
|
|
|
Air-conditioned areas can feel cooler than expected, so feel free to bring a light layer or cardigan if helpful.
|
|
|
If your role requires specific protective clothing, footwear, or safety gear, those requirements still take priority.
|
|
|
|
|
|
Tailored or dress shorts are allowed during the summer period, provided they are an appropriate length, clean, and in good condition.

|
|
Please avoid athletic shorts, beach shorts, cut-offs, cycling shorts, or styles that are too casual for the workplace.

Clothing should remain clean, neat, non-revealing, and suitable for a professional shared workplace.

Please dress appropriately for customer conversations, visitors, presentations, team events, and any scheduled meetings.

Flip-flops, swimwear, sheer or overly revealing items, offensive graphics or slogans, gym wear, beachwear, and unsafe footwear or clothing are not appropriate.

If you are unsure whether something fits the guidelines, choose the more polished option or check with your manager.

Please dress for your day. Client meetings, presentations, site visits, events, and team-specific safety needs may call for more formal or role-appropriate clothing.

Managers may provide additional guidance for their teams based on business needs, customer-facing responsibilities, or work area requirements.
